The Fletcher Academy Department of Music offers many opportunities to participate in a variety of musical experiences, ranging from solos and small ensembles to the Concert Band and Academy Chorale, performing primarily sacred and classical music in churches and schools near and far. Acceptance into all organizations is by audition and is also open to community members and homeschoolers. Scholarships are offered on a yearly basis.
The ensembles of Fletcher Academy maintain a significant travel and performance schedule through the Carolina Conference, and seek to provide high quality music programs and concerts representative of Adventist education and Fletcher Academy. In addition, the band and choirs take annual tours mainly along the east coast and attend regional music festivals hosted by Andrews University, Columbia Union College, and Southern Adventist University.
