It is the aim of Fletcher Academy to guide its students into the fulfillment of the following Christian education objectives:
Spiritual

To know God and experience growing personal relationships with His Son, Jesus Christ, through faith, prayer, worship, and service.

To help students develop an appreciation for the Sabbath and an understanding of the importance and value of worshipping our God and our Creator.

To take advantage of an environment conducive to Christian character development. Fletcher Academy provides spiritual emphasis weekends, vesper services, Sabbath school and church services, Bible classes, and various outreach programs.

To assume a growing responsibility for unselfish service to mankind and to identify themselves with the church and with other organizations in society which emphasize service as an ideal.

To develop an appreciation for an understanding of the Bible as the written Word of God and infallible rule of faith and practice for the Christian.
